More and more software will be built to operate on a cloud native basis that is built in the cloud and for the cloud. The browsers are becoming more and more intelligent and a lot of activity can now be done on the client side and this will keep on improving in the coming years and the systems are going to take advantage of these improvements and capabilities.
In coming years the use of manuals for the software systems will diminish and we will see that the system is so intuitive that the users will be able to find their way intuitively.
With increasing number of improved services and e-wallets and use of banking services through mobile phones and payment gateways the cash will no longer be the king.
